Meet Jesus

The Greatest Decision You’ll Ever Make

Who is Jesus?

Jesus Christ is at the center of the Christian faith—and at the heart of God’s story with humanity. Jesus is not merely a wise teacher, a moral example, or a religious leader. The Bible reveals Him as the Son of God who entered the world as a man. Speaking of Jesus, Scripture declares:

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” (John 1:1)

“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.” (John 1:14)

Jesus lived a life of perfect obedience to God—without sin. He showed compassion to the broken, truth to the searching, and hope to the lost. Though He committed no sin, He willingly suffered and died on a cross. His death was not a mistake; it was an act of love and purpose.

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

On the third day, Jesus rose from the dead, conquering sin and death. His resurrection confirms that He is who He claimed to be and that His promises are true.

“Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.’” (John 11:25)

Jesus is Savior, because He delivers us from sin and restores us to God. Jesus is Lord, because He reigns with authority and calls us to follow Him. Jesus is the way to God, not one option among many, but the One God has lovingly provided for all people.

“Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’” (John 14:6)

At His heart, Jesus invites—not forces—people into a restored relationship with God. No matter your past, your questions, or your struggles, His invitation is open:

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

To meet Jesus is not merely to learn about Him—it is to encounter the living Son of God, who knows you, loves you, and offers you new life.

Why Do I need Jesus?

1. Man Was Separated from God by Sin

We were all born into a broken world, separated from God because of sin. No amount of success, wealth, achievements, or good deeds can bridge that gap. Without Jesus, we face eternity separated from the love and presence of God. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23 (NKJV)But there is hope.

2. Man Cannot Save Himself

You cannot earn your way back to God through your own efforts. Salvation is not something you achieve—it’s a gift that God freely offers. Jesus Christ has already paid the price to make a way for you to come back to God. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.” — Ephesians 2:8 (NKJV) God loves you and has a purpose for your life.

3. Only Jesus Can Save

God, the One who created you, sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for your sins. Jesus took your place, paid your debt, and rose from the dead so that you could have eternal life and a personal relationship with God. “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’” — John 14:6 (NKJV)Jesus is the only way to salvation.

4. Repent and Believe in Jesus

If you are ready to turn from your sin and believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, God is waiting with open arms to give you a new beginning. The God of second chances is ready to transform your life. “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” — Acts 4:12 (NKJV)

What Should I Do to Be Saved?

Welcome the Lord Jesus Christ into your life and experience a divine transformation. The Bible says: “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” — Romans 10:9 (NKJV)Perhaps you’re thinking, “You don’t know what mistakes I’ve made. You don’t know the life I’ve lived. You don’t know the people I’ve hurt.” Maybe we don’t—but know this: Nothing you’ve done is beyond the mercy of God. If you’ve been knocked down, all you have to do is get back up and believe in the promises of the Lord Jesus Christ. No sin is too great, no past too dark, no mistake too big for God’s grace to cover. “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.” — John 1:12 (NKJV)

Pray This Prayer

If you’re ready to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, pray this prayer from your heart: “Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner and I need You. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose again on the third day. I repent of my sins and invite You into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Forgive me, cleanse me, and make me new. I surrender my life to You. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
